Shipping

How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

We ship directly from the warehouse within 24 hours after ordering. So usually orders will arrive within 4-8 days. This is mainly due to high demand while trying to maintain low prices.

Covid 19

Due to COVID-19 and the disruptions it is causing in supply chains worldwide there could be some delays in this shipping time. But please be sure that all orders are shipped at least 2 days after your purchase and are delivered to you within 6-12 days. We always strive to provide the best customer support to you! We ask for your understanding.

What is my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 3 days for shipping activity to update.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Dinners Club,) Apple Pay, and PayPal payments.All payments are securely processed with 128-bit encryption - nice!

Do you offer a guarantee? Can i return my items?

Of course. We offer an extended 30 day guarantee! ☑️

If you received wrong size, wrong color your ordered or faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at  support@mydoggyneeds.com. Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, including photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 2 days or less!

Can i change or cancel my order?

Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 1 hour of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: support@mydoggyneeds.com.

After 1 hour, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.
